[So with all the cold and snow that's been blowing around Luceti lately, Eley's finding that his human body isn't quite as strong as he thought it would be. Living a nomadic existence, he's been wandering the forest and the village, staying out in the cold for days (and nights) at a time, but now it seems to be taking its toll...

Anyone passing by the outskirts of the village might find the Spirit just sitting in the snow, all bundled up in all the winter clothes he'd been given for Christmas, shivering and sneezing and looking rather sorry for himself. Anyone with the power to will sense that he's pretty sick. He seems to have no energy to move and is trying to conserve it by staying in one place.

If he doesn't want the sickness to get worse though, he'd better muster up the energy to go and find some shelter somewhere!]

I don't know yet. But it will only get worse if we don't get you somewhere warm.

[Eley, you don't have a choice in this. Tsuzuki tugs at both his hands, trying to get him to his feet.]

C'mon. You can't rest here.

[Sooob okay he's getting up! He feels too yucky to really protest as Tsuzuki pulls him up anyway.]

Ugh... all right. I suppose I should find some shelter then... somewhere warmer. Thank you for your help, Tsuzuki.

[Don't mind him, he's just going to wander a little groggily in the direction of the forest and eventually the mountains because he can find a cave or something somewhere right?]

I know of the perfect place. Just bear with me for a second.

[Not so fast, there. Tsuzuki takes hold of his arm to stop him. He hoists the spirit up so his arm rests on his shoulders, supporting him enough that they're able to walk in the other direction. Tsuzuki, unlike Eley, is warm and healthy, strong enough to hold him up until he regains control of his shaky legs.]

Have you ever been sick before?

[Suddenly Tsuzuki's taking hold of him and throwing his arm onto his shoulders to support him... Eley can't tell if he's blushing suddenly or if the fever's just setting in. Well... either way he'll walk with Tsuzuki to whatever destination he has in mind. And just try and focus on that question.]

No... I believe it is something that has come about due to my more human body in this place... It is rather unpleasant.

[Normally Tsuzuki wouldn't be quite that straightforward, but he knows better than to leave a sick person in the snow. He smiles warmly, adjusting his hold on Eley so they can walk more comfortably over to the house. It would make him blush too, if he wasn't so intent on getting Eley to somewhere safe.]

Human bodies aren't that strong. You need to treat it kindly.

... [Eley gives a nod at that, trying to relax a little and take it easy. At least Tsuzuki's smile seems to reassure him somewhat.]

It seems that I still have a lot to learn... about being human. About... what it means.

[Poor Eley. On the bright side the walk from the woods to his home isn't long, and he helps him in almost without any trouble.]

You'll get the hang of it soon. I promise.

Hmm, I hope so. It is proving more... difficult than I imagined, as a Spirit who spent at least some time alongside them.

[Living among them seemed to be a lot different to communing with them every so often. Most of the time he was too occupied with nurturing the world and its atmosphere to really observe them too closely.

He's glad to be indoors though and that the trip wasn't too long.]

It is much warmer in here, thank you. I hope recovery will be swift...

Keeping it warm is only one part of it. You need to drink a lot of water, too.

[Once he's out of his own shoes, he gestures towards his couch. It has a warm blanket on it and one of Hisoka's books. While Tsuzuki hurries to the kitchen, he looks over his shoulder to see if Eley is moving towards a place to sit.]

How are you feeling?

Water... I will remember that in future.

[He says, filing away the information for when he's back on his feet on his own. He follows Tsuzuki in and takes a seat on the couch, noticing the book and looking at it curiously as if he wants to look closer but... feels that he shouldn't touch what doesn't belong to him. Especially when his host isn't far away.]

I am glad to be in the warm and on more comfortable ground... [He answers.] I am beginning to find it difficult to breathe through my nose however... my head hurts and everything aches.

You probably have a cold.

[Does Eley need a blanket? He's getting one dumped on his legs while Tsuzuki waits for the water to boil.]

Look, it'll be okay, but you need to relax for a while. Do you want painkillers?

[fff hello blanket! He appreciates its warmth of course and will bundle himself up in it to try and make himself more comfortable.]

A cold... that would make sense, I suppose. What exactly are... painkillers?

[That is a very cute mental image. Once the hot water is done, he returns with sweet tea and biscuits. That's the best way to get warm, after all.]

They're little pills that will make your body hurt less. It gives it a chance to get better.

[The Spirit accepts his offerings, taking the tea and sniffing at it curiously. He's becoming quite partial to tea after trying some with Spock at the tea house not so long ago... He takes a sip, letting the warmth ease his aching muscles.]

Thank you. The painkillers sound like they would help as well... In my world, humans usually turn to herbal remedies. I suppose these... pills would have the same effect.

Don't mention it. Being sick is difficult enough without hurting everywhere at the same time.

[Tsuzuki has painkillers easily available in the house: Hisoka gets headaches so frequently that they need to have it around everywhere. He fluffs up the pillow behind Eley like a proper mother, so he can relax a little, and sits down in the chair next to him.]

Just try to drink them before you can taste them. -They're bitter.

[...so motherly Tsuzuki~ In any other state Eley might have protested to being coddled so much, but only because he wasn't used to being taken care of. Now he was just trying to focus on feeling better. So he takes Tsuzuki's advice and places the pills in his mouth before drinking them down with water. Catching a little of the bitter aftertaste, he can't help but screw up his face a little.]

Ngh... is there nothing they could do to improve the taste?
