[Eley is in a thoughtful mood, and when that kind of mood strikes him he starts to question things again... Feelings, usually. Human behaviours too. Today he's realised something and wants to ask the people of Luceti about it. As usual he's sitting on the outskirts of town with his journal on the ground in front of him, pointing up at his face as he looks down.]

Today I come to you with another question. 'Fun' is a concept I have not yet come to understand. As I will need to find ways of occupying myself during my stay in Luceti, I want to ask you all - what do you do for fun?

Perhaps I can give these things a try.

Exploring, playing games and spending time with friends all seem to be common interests among humans. It is interesting to see a pattern emerging... and it is interesting to see that I am starting to realise my own interests at the same time.

Ah, the rec center? What kind of games can I expect to find there? Can you recommend any?

Well, I think sometimes you can learn a lot just by talking to other people! Can't say I'm surprised you're discovering things that way.

Anyway, there's loads of different games. They've got this game called pool where you try to knock these different colored balls into little pockets and then there's the video games-- they're games you play with a screen and move characters around with these devices called controllers. They've got other neat stuff there, too, but I don't think words could cover half of it!

These video games... is it possible to try them here in Luceti? Have you played them before?

Yup! I've played a couple of the ones in the rec center, and they're pretty neat. Just... well, different from games you'd play with cards or balls or even board games.
