[Whoever's watching the feed right now can probably tell that something's not quite right. Not only does Eley look blackened and sore as if he had been scorched somehow, but the tree behind him also looks as though it has met a similar fate, with shattered branches and charred bark.

And in his hands, he's holding some remnant of what might have been a scarf at one time, though right now it looks like nothing more than a rag.]

Why would anyone do this? How could they... enjoy such a thing?

[He sounds tired, disappointed, though that quickly turns to bitter anger.]

Edmundo the Blade has made an enemy of me. He has shown nothing but disrespect. I should not have let him get this far. If only I was not so complacent, so tied to the path of peace, this would not have happened. My tree...

[Yes, he's more concerned about the tree than he is about himself right now.]

If anyone knows a way to repair the damage, I would be grateful to you.

Well then I-I best get to work then. [ Oh dear Helios hoped this worked, no pressure at all. He'll kneel by the tree and place his hands upon the charred bark. His hands will start glow with a greenish white hue as he mutters something under his breath. A soft wind will pick up around him and the grass remaining in the area will stir and move as if alive. The charred bark at the bottom of the tree will slowly regain its healthy color and form. The bark almost seeming to mend itself as green tendrils of magic waft and undulate around the tree and Helios. It'll be a few minutes before a heavy sigh escapes Helios' lips and he'll sit back on the ground roughly. His breathing is deep and labored slightly as he tries to regain some of his strength. He hasn't used that much magic in a long time so it shows quite clearly on his face. But the tree actually looks healthier than it was and he'll give Eley a reassuring smile. ]

There. That-that should do for now.

[ Helios' breathing will take a few more moments to go back to normal but he'll give the spirit a thumbs up and a weary smile. ] I-I'll be alright I just...need to rest a little.

[ Nevermind that he felt like passing out. He probably shouldn't have teleported and used such a spell within such a short time frame, but hindsight. ] The b-barrier makes it a bit...hard to, ah, do such spells one after the other.

Yes this place limits our abilities to a certain degree. I-I can't use as much magic as I'd like thanks to it.

[ Helios looks tired now. Very tired but he manages to smile and hold up a hand in objection. ] There's no need to apologize, Eleytheria. I mean it's not as if we have such people come through here all the time or anything like that. I'm just glad I could help, and maybe we should put up some sort of barrier around the tree as well. It couldn't hurt to do so.
