[Well, since it's apparently a time of giving people presents, Eley is going to try and make an effort to repay those who have shown him great kindness in Luceti. However, since he doesn't know where any of these people live exactly, he's decided to do it a little more... discreetly.
If you're passing by the fountain in the plaza any time soon you'll either find the Spirit setting out labelled gifts for people or you'll find the packages already there, wrapped in brown paper. Feel free to ask him what he's up to if you're lucky enough to find him, or peruse the gifts if you come later. Each one states that it's from Eley, so if you want to leave a message for him, feel free to comment!
And yes, he doesn't seem to mind just leaving them out in the open... he apparently feels no risk from thieves now that each one is labelled with a name. He's used to doing things unseen and letting them transpire naturally so evidently some of his instincts are showing through~]
PRESENT LIST:
Rudy - a scaly wool scarf
Tsuzuki - an edible gingerbread house
Saleh - a chiffon scarf
Saori - a floral hairclip
Helios - a dragon themed mug
Others - if your character hasn't been named but you feel they should have enough CR to at least receive a small gift, assume they received some Christmas candy from Eley
